Predator’s Captain is optimistic about the VSA Club Championships

The Predators Captain Quwin Naidoo claims that his team is strong enough to emerge victorious at the VSA Champs Cup this time around after they’ve hit the wall in a highly contested final game against VUT at the 2019 Tubby Reddy Cup. “Falling short at the final hurdle at TRC was a huge disappointment for the club but finishing as runner-ups was an excellent achievement in its own right”, said Naidoo. He added that Predators have recently strengthened the team by signing more players such as; Jamaine Naidoo, Keifer Govender, Sholen Govender, Kirshen Govender and Krisen Naryansamy.

“These players will bring a vast experience to the club and together with other young boys, Predators will achieve a better outcome this time around”, Naidoo added. Nonetheless, Captain Naidoo further stressed that apart from winning the Champs Cup, Predators will also have fun at the tournament since there were no competitions in the past due to COVID-19.

Predators come to the tourney with a highly boosted profile which is as follows:
1. Attained gold at all the local based tourneys played in 2021

2. VSA CUP  Champions (2019)3. Tubby Reddy Cup Silver Medalist (2019)
